Privacy Policy
Sew & stitches is dedicated to protecting your personal details and keeping your details secure and private. Sew & stitches will comply with all of it's obligations in relation to the handling of your personal information, including any applicable obligations under the privacy act Privacy Act 1988- external site (Privacy Act)
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and looked over, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, then your
refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
SHIPPING RETURN POLICY
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please use tracked postage for any items you are returning and please allow for reasonabl time for the item to be received, processed and a refund issued/replacement product sent.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping policy
All orders will be finalised within 7-15 business days from placing your order we are trying out best to ship your orders out soon as possible please be patient while waiting for your order! Once we ship your order you will be contact you as soon as possible with a tracking number.
Refund Policy
All returns must be filed within 30 days of receiving your delivery. If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund on your order. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, to be eligible for a refund on the item/items they must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in or you must provide photo proof of the condition of the item to be eligible for a full refund.
